Zudayyah Taylor-Dunn is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Directorate Risk Manager for The Space Operations Mission Directorate (SOMD) at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in Washington, DC since November 2020. In this role, Zudayyah implements and executes enterprise-wide risk management processes, collaborates with stakeholders, and advocates for SOMD in various Agency risk management forums. She is also SOMD and Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate (ESDMD) Chief Knowledge Officer which leads initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and transfer strategies, while fostering collaboration within the mission directorate.

She has performed critical work in the human spaceflight enterprise protection program. Zudayyah ensured that security and space policies aligned with human spaceflight mission directorate goals. This role involved developing policies for operational technology systems linked to NASA critical infrastructure and communicating enterprise protection issues to senior leadership.

Zudayyah's extensive experience at NASA includes serving as the Classified National Security and Industrial Security Program Manager from January 2016 to September 2019. During this period, Zudayyah played a key role in developing and implementing agency and federal policies related to national security and handling of government information in the industry. Zudayyah's contributions were recognized through various honors and awards, both at NASA and in the Federal community.

She has over 20 years of experience working in the in and alongside the federal government. Ms. Taylor-Dunn is highly skilled building and maintaining partnerships and has worked with many federal agencies to include Department of Defense, State Department, and the Intelligence Community.

Zudayyah holds certifications in Security Asset Protection and Physical Security Professional from the Department of Defense. Zudayyah earned a Master of International Enterprise Management from the University of Maryland - University College and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science with a minor in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
