Mr. Sleiman has 47 years of experience with Civilian, Defense and International customers/markets; He has been with ENSCO since 2011, mostly in leadership positions.

Prior to ENSCO, Mr. Sleiman was a Senior Vice President with SAIC (2007-2011) and served on the Corporate staff as a member of the Strategic pursuits Team.

Prior to SAIC, Mr. Sleiman had a 30-year career at Harris Corporation. He held over the years several positions, including Vice President of the Civil Agencies and the Managing Director of the Iraq Initiative (The Iraqi Media Network).

Mr. Sleiman is multi-lingual, with experience in International, Military and Commercial business practices. He is proficient in communication systems, information technology and Government contracting. He holds a US patent for “Weather Information Dissemination”, and taught Marketing and Capture Management Fundamentals, for over thirty years.

Mr. Sleiman graduated in 1977 from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
