Dr. Seth Lacy is the Senior Scientist for Space Mobility and Precision Maneuver at the Air Force Research Laboratory. He serves as the Department’s principal scientific authority and independent researcher for the development of new technologies in support of space mobility and precision maneuver. He joined AFRL in 2002, and has led teams to develop space technologies as well as space flight testing.
