Chief Master Sergeant Ronald E. Lerch is the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Intelligence Directorate, Space Systems Command, Los Angeles AFB, CA. Chief Lerch is the top enlisted advisor to the Director for all issues affecting personnel readiness and welfare, and for talent management of assigned forces. He oversees intelligence efforts aimed at driving Space Force acquisition programs and instilling a threat-centric culture for over 19,000 military and civilian members.
