Dr. Nelli Babayan is Director of Azure Data & AI Analytics at Microsoft Federal supporting NASA and the Department of Energy. She leads a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance cloud-based Data and AI related projects, using the latest advancements in Azure-based data management, data science, and machine learning capabilities. She has previously worked at DC think-tanks, lectured at university level, and led multi-national projects funded by USAID and the European Union.
