Nate Notargiacomo is Head of HEO USA INC, a Sydney, Australia based company that delivers commercial, on demand, resolved non-earth imaging (NEI) and analytic services at scale to government, defense, and commercial consumers through a growing constellation of in-space sensors.   

Nate brings a proven 30-year track record in the defense, national security space, and intelligence sectors. He's a retired US Air Force officer who’s also served as an Intelligence Community (IC) officer and government contractor.  Most recently, Nate was Vice President at a Washington DC based goverment strateigy and relations firm helping space industry clients navigate the Executive and Legislative Branches.  

Nate spent 10 years with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). There he served as a Senior Staff Officer at the National Intelligence Council and as the Policy and Strategy Advisor for the IC’s first comprehensive space integration office, the IC Space Executive and National Intelligence Manager for Space.

In this role, Nate supported the functional integration of all IC space activities including collection, analysis, policy, strategy and budgeting as well as IC level engagement with the White House, and Congressional intelligence oversight committees. Nate further developed and managed operation of the ODNI’s first space industry outreach and engagement program and played an instrumental role in establishing the IC Commercial Space Council.
