Les Lake serves as Vice President of Business Development and Technical Sales for Space Prep Launch Support Services, responsible for business growth and crafting high value solutions for new opportunities. Mr. Lake previously held leadership positions at Teledyne Brown Engineering, RS&H, and Raytheon, with extensive experience in launch and ground operations for launch vehicles and payload integration. In addition to developing market strategies, he has extensive experience developing ground facilities and infrastructure for aerospace programs and spaceports. Before transitioning to commercial space, Mr. Lake completed a 21-year history at Kennedy Space Center where he served as a core member of the Test Operations and Launch Teams, supporting over 100 shuttle shuttle missions. Mr. Lake holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters Degreee from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is also a graduate of the Raytheon Program Management College.
