John Moberly is the Chief Growth Officer and General Manager of Government Programs for space hardware company Ibeos.  He is experienced across the space mission areas spanning from traditional industry to multiple startups to include President of LeoLabs Federal and Senior Vice President for SpiderOak. He has also led classified business area for space applications with Arete at the forefront of AI/ML applications. He retired from military after 20 years where he'd been systems engineer on a high classified space program bringing new source and methods to intelligence and national security and worked multiple other programs. His final position in government was leading oversight of Intelligence Community major systems acquisitions and R&D in Office of Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics. 
He has BS in Engineering from USMA West Point, MS in Engineering Management from University of Missouri S&T, MS In Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering and Control Systems, and Executive Certification in Science and Technology Public Policy from Harvard's JFK School of Government.
