Mr. John Curry joined Sidus Space as Chief Mission Operations Officer in April 2022, bringing over 37 years of technical leadership and program management expertise in human spaceflight and spacecraft design, development, testing, and operations. His career includes significant contributions to leading aerospace organizations such as NASA, Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), and Blue Origin.

At NASA, Mr. Curry served as a Space Shuttle and Space Station Flight Director and as the Orion Spacecraft Design Integration Manager. During his tenure at SNC, he held the role of Dream Chaser Program Director, overseeing crewed and cargo spaceplane designs. His leadership in the NASA CRS-2 program earned him the SNC Executive of the Year award.

Before joining Sidus Space, Mr. Curry worked at Blue Origin, where he served as Test and Flight Operations Deputy, Lunar Lander Lead, and New Glenn Mission Operations Lead.

Mr. Curry holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.
