TECHNICAL SERGEANT JARRETT M. LYBRAND

 
TSgt Lybrand is the Intelligence Section Chief for the Assured Access to Space (AATS) Intelligence Office. He executes the intelligence operations responsible for safeguarding 22,000 personnel across Space Launch Delta (SLD) 45 and SLD 30. His team is tasked with a unique role of generating space launch, cyber and intel acquisitions threat analysis for two spaceports protecting a $30 billion launch enterprise covering a 15 million sq-mile range.

TSgt Lybrand enlisted into the United States Air Force in October 2012, serving as a Nuclear Weapons Maintainer for 7 years maintaining Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles and Gravity Bombs. In 2019, he retrained into the All-Source Intelligence Field, developing air war scenarios for the Red Flag exercises. After transferring to the Space Force in 2021, he was selected to support US and Multi-National intelligence and law enforcement agencies capture ISIS combatants in the CENTCOM AOR. Prior to his current position, he served as the Intelligence NCOIC for Space Launch Delta 45.
