Vice President, Synthetico, Inc.

Dr Pack is the cofounder of Synthetico, Inc. which is shaping the future of medicine and technology with profound impacts globally in the fields of gene therapy, pharmaceuticals, medicine, technology, and biodiversity. Along with cofounder Dr Maria Harney they were recently nominated for the prestigious Earthshot 2025 Award.

The definition of a renaissance woman, Dr Pack has also assisted in the development and research of new and existing protocols and technologies in the areas of Space Medicine, Technology, and Human Factors via her work as an Analog Astronaut where she served  as Chief Medical and Executive officer, and as an active researcher and collaborator for various aerospace and technology companies, serving as PI and Co PI and on multiple projects as well as coauthoring dozens of papers.

Dr Pack, who is certified in grief, trauma and cognitive behavioral therapy, is also an avid advocate and philanthropist who proudly donates her time and services free of charge via her successful therapeutic coaching practice to those in need, and works regularly with various military, humanitarian, domestic violence, sexual assault, and anti-human trafficking organizations.

Dr Pack has spoken at many prestigious events and conferences including the United Nations for various humanitarian issues and has been awarded the Glamour Magazine Woman of the Year Award, The Presidents Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteering over 6,000 hours of service to the community and most recently she is being knighted and given the title of Dame in the Order of the Eagle of Georgia by HRH.
