Andrew Magliochetti is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of IronGate Capital Advisors, a venture capital platform this is focused on dual-use technologies that support the national security of the United States and its allies.

Andrew is an expert in finance and complex transaction architecture.  He has 24 years of principal, management, and advisory experience in the structured finance, defense, and technology sectors. 

Prior to his role at IronGate, Andrew was a Partner at Maroon Capital Group, a New York-based merchant banking firm, where he focused on the structured finance and defense sectors, and executed assignments throughout the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Andrew earned a BA in Economics from Ohio University, an MS in Finance from Penn State University, an MS in Data Science from Northwestern University, and an MPS in Homeland Security and Defense from Penn State University.  Andrew lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
