Alec Leeseberg is the President of Velocity Explorations where he leads teams delivering innovative solutions that bridge cutting-edge technology with mission-critical operations. With a B.S. in Creative Technologies from Berry College and an M.S. in Creative Technologies and Design from the University of Colorado, Alec combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive impactful results for both government and commercial clients.

Alec’s experience spans startups, DoD contractors, and operational units, where he has honed his expertise in user-centered design, hardware and software innovation, and digital strategy. His work has directly contributed to the optimization of key defense innovation initiatives, including the US Space Force's SLD 45’s Forge SPARK Cell and US Navy's PMS 397L’s Project Blue.

Alec leads numerous efforts working to identify and overcome barriers to technology adoption, delivering actionable insights that enhance the operational efficiency of emerging technologies, commercial solutions and bespoke DoD tools.
