Aaron is Sr. Director of Global Commercial Sales for Firefly Aerospace. He joined the Firefly team in 2024, where he is in charge of the commercial business for their upcoming Medium Launch Vehicle. He has over 15 years of experience in space industry business development, with a focus on launch and launch infrastructure.

Prior to Firefly, Aaron spent more than 7 years at Blue Origin where he led technical sales, as well as handled direct sales in both commercial/international and government customer segments across multiple product lines, including launch vehicles, orbital transfer vehicles, and lunar landers. During his time at Blue, Aaron helped capture billions in business from commercial constellation operators like Amazon Kuiper, Eutelsat OneWeb, and Telesat, as well as from government customers like the U.S. Space Force and NASA. Before that, Aaron spent more than 8 years building, operating, and developing suborbital business for Spaceport America, the operational headquarters of Virgin Galactic. He holds a bachelors of science in aerospace engineering from Princeton University, and a masters of business administration from New Mexico State University.

Aaron is married and blessed with three children, with whom he lives near Seattle, WA.
