What to know now:
- Each 10’ deep exhibit will receive 8 foot high back drape and 3 foot high side drape (all back and side drape will be black) as well as a 7” x 44” company ID sign. Electricity, furnishings, displays, cleaning and any other items needed are the responsibility of the exhibitor. All exhibits must have full space carpeting or other professional-looking floor covering, with no concrete floor exposed. The aisle carpet color will be blue jay (speckled black and blue). You can choose your own booth carpet color. If you have a 10×10 booth, nothing higher than 8 feet is permitted in your booth.
- Exhibitor dismantle and move-out will take place on Wednesday, November 28 starting at 5:00 PM. All materials must be removed from the hall that night. We understand that this is a tight move-out time frame and are working with the convention center to possibly receive more dismantle time on the morning of Thursday, November 29. Please let show management know how we can assist you with an efficient booth dismantle.
- Registration is open. Click on the register link within the exhibitor portal, and search for your company name. Use your exhibitor password found in your booth confirmation letter and your booth space to log in. Five (5) complimentary exhibitor registration badges are allotted for the first 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft) of exhibit space. Two (2) additional complimentary exhibitor registration badges will be allotted per 100 sq. ft. Ex: 200 sq. ft. will receive seven (7) badges, etc. Additional exhibitor registration badges may be purchased for $50 each.
- The official SpaceCom hotel block is available for reservations. SpaceCom has reserved a block of rooms at a special rate with Houston’s boldest new hotel, the Marriott Marquis Houston. In addition, by reserving room(s) at the Marriott Marquis Houston, attendees and exhibitors continue to help SpaceCom leverage the most economical rates for future conferences. Book early! After November 9, 2018, SpaceCom cannot guarantee availability of the group rate; reservations made after November 9 will likely be at the hotel’s available current nightly rate.
